Note: There are only 27 permanently achievable recipes (incl. Mistake & Lucky Star, the latter is not actually tracked in-game).
There are an additional 4 recipes which require missable items, only two of those can even be done as there's only a single Ultra Shroom in the game and three possible recipes for it.
An additional 2 recipes can be "cheesed" by using the two available Mystery? items in the game, by cooking one you receive a 50/50 chance to either get a mistake or one of 23 possible recipes (at least in the base-game, likely stayed the same). 8 of those recipes would be exclusive to the Mystery? item and are excluded in the achievement. This is also the only possible way to receive functional & legitimate Life Shrooms in the hack, which is likely an oversight and not intended.
All recipes only list the (in my opinion) easiest recipe, most alternatives that work in the base-game also work in this hack. The full list of base-game recipes can be found on Mariowiki.
A Cookbook is required for all 2-item recipes, it can be gotten in Chapter 4 on the Paw-Ridge after the Sakura Hikers Camp.
