Makes the Tattler even better than it was. Enjoy!
CHANGES:
Amped Damage.
Maliwan Aquamarine Skin.
Amped Firerate.
Increased Damage.
Added more projectiles.
Decreased reload speed.
Weird ass bullets. (Slow Hand projectiles so it never arcs.)
