Changes the Grog Nozzle ever so slightly.
If the Grog is in the Off Hand (Left Hand), you can choose from three settings:
1: The 400% Critical Hit Bonus is disabled
2: The 65% Lifesteal Bonus is disabled
3: Both the Critical Hit and Lifesteal Bonuses are disabled.
By default option three will be on. As well, there's a version for the UCP Optional Nerf and changing the settings accordingly there.
