Pepperboxes for the Pre-Sequel
Adds the Pepperbox to the non-glitch rarity Jakobs pistol list.
Note, this DOES violate sanity checks - you must run this patch before load, or any Jakobs pistol that spawned with a Vladof barrel will disappear.
