Makes most freshly-made ragdolls and such float weightlessly. Some have not been altered since that could potentially cause issues.
You can choose how long until the game starts to consider removing ragdolls, how long until the ragdolls are no longer visible, and how long until the body becomes static and unable to be moved. You'll need to pick and choose each option. The default selection is 15 seconds.
Be sure to merge this with your main Patch file, since it uses hotfixes and such.
