By Nytimz - original code from Exotek's Legendary FirewalkerSirenCOM but with only 2 different COM Skills changed.

Renamed Legendary Nurse to Legendary Demoness COM
1) Increases Incendiary elemental damage,
2) Increases Burn damage,
3) Special effect gives a passive health regeneration
