This overhaul is meant to take skills that were often either overlooked or outright "bad" with Krieg
and spice them up, or give them at least some well earned polish!
Included are the community patch buffs to Krieg as of 3.1
As well as a collection of fixes by TheNocturni and Soze atop my own input.
They have a few other things for Krieg on their GitHubs that I did not include, but feel free to add them to the pack!
