Enables Jakobs and Torgue Weapons to spawn with E-Tech variants.
NOTES;
If using the Splitters mod, activate this mod before Splitters.
The game will delete the weapons if you do not run the mod before loading a save file.
Due to Darts/Spikers/Splat Guns using exclusively splash damage, the Jakobs variants of those will deal explosive damage.
There are two versions of Torgue Blasters - One that just uses the same firing mode as the typical blasters (and lacks explosions unlike most Torgue ARs, so the cost is reduced to one), and one that takes the Dahl blaster's firing mode (since it is unique and has a triangular pattern. Also makes Dahl Blasters spawn with the normal blaster barrel, so be careful if you have said Blaster and don't run the mod) and turns it into the normal blaster but with explosions (On by default).
These E-Techs operate in the same way Hyperion E-Tech Pistols can; they spawn on typical purple variants of the weapon, meaning Gemstone variants are possible (excluding launchers of course).
Also enables Jakobs Pepperboxes to spawn as a side-effect.
