UVHM Modifier
This Gives All enemies 20% more health and shields     In UVHM at lvl69+
I didnt touch their Damage as i felt that wasnt needed. The change in difficulty works in lvl69+
Also Gives Double exp at lvl 50-70 so you can reach end game faster . Doubled Vehicle DMG In UVHM
