Improves aim by either:
1) Eliminating the annoying and overly-used fixed-shaped firing patterns on most guns (excluding Rocket Launchers).
2) Reducing arc of bullets (e.g. on the Hail or Tinderbox)
3) Or speeding up bullets

Now it makes shotguns more reliable (centering more bullets at aimpoint) while making guns like the Kitten deadly!
