Turns the Little Evie (or Rubi) into a recreation of the Borderlands 1 Firehawk.
Features;
Projectiles are hawks, just like the Sand Hawk. (Rubi version uses the Sand Hawk firing mode, so be careful of mods that mod the Sand Hawk.)
Reduced base damage.
Increased damage over time and chance.
Slightly increased accuracy.
+40% critical hit damage.
Spawns only in fire, but will not delete other versions if this mod is active.
Retains Little Evie cooldown effect (if using the Little Evie version.)
