Turns the Chulainn into a Moxxi plasma caster.
Features;
Two projectiles with reduced damage that orbit around each other during flight (though they may overlap sometimes instead).
Dual element - Explosive projectile, slag splash.
100% Splash damage, large radius.
High chance to slag enemies.
+70% critical hit damage.
1.5% health steal.
Tight spread, low recoil.
