Turns the Yellow Jacket into a lightning gun.
Features;
Fires a steady beam of electricity.
Fantastic shock chance, increased shock damage.
100% splash damage.
NOTE;
Due to the way things that use beams in BL2 work out, you can't actually increase the fire rate of this weapon and actually have it deal damage more times per second. The only reason the fire rate on this weapon is 8.0 is because that is how many times per second the beam damages things, regardless of actual fire rate of the weapon. Fire rate buffs would just waste ammo on this.
