Inspired by the BL1 Custom DLC "Abandoned Badlands" Legendary Hyperion SMG, the Hierarchy.
Replaces the Commerce
Slower Fire Rate, decreased damage. 2 ammo a shot.
x5 Hyperion SMG. Faster reload speed. Higher mag size.
Locked the Non-Elemental, but Shock variants will not be deleted.
