Turns the Actualizer into an interpretation of the Borderlands 1 Destroyer assault rifle.
Features;
Increased damage.
Burst-fires the entire magazine when aiming-down-sight and firing.
Burst-fire has a +150% fire-rate increase.
Extremely tight bullet spread.
Marginally decreased hip-fire accuracy.
Slightly decreased fire-rate.
Slower reload speed.
