Overhauls the Commerce into the CH3M-X
Aiming increases Accuracy, Mag size, and Firerate. Thus increasing dps
while not aiming the mag is 1 and the CH3M-X functions like a shotgun with increased pellet count and decreased spread.
pellets deal multi element splash- excluding slag because that would be OP and i was going for a PowerPuff Girls themed weapon.. Shock = Bubbles, Fire = Blossom, Corrosive = Buttercup <--- best.
