Turns the Hard Reboot into a recreation of Borderlands 1's Aries.
Features;
High damage, both in bullet damage and DoT damage/chance.
Produces transfusions on hitting an enemy.
100% Splash Damage.
(Only in the Borderlands 2 version) Killing an enemy will increase shock abilities temporarily (8 seconds). Shock damage goes up a bit (25%), shock damage-over-time goes way up (400%), and shock chance goes through the roof (a lot).
