Almost all bulkhead connections are made with pieces of all-thread; 10-32 brass, to be exact. This cuts easily. Using a hand-drill, can thread into holes in plastics, sealed with epoxy on the way in. Number 10 ring terminals are use at each end.

For PCB interconnects, Molex C-Grid SL with High-Pressure contacts is a good way to go. An inexpensive Iwiss crimper works great for these and RC model connectors too. Locking connectors would have been be better except for size on the PCB.

For the one in-water, High Voltage connection, a General-motors connector was used, but sealed with silicone at the wire insulation. This is about the lowest cost water-resistant connection available.
