We lost; never even made it to the starting line. RCA on cause of lost propulsion early in the race

Though Tanny didn't manage to get to the the starting line for 2015, many things went right. At the top of that list neither the power nor electronic bay leaked. No electrical shorts, fire or sinking! The computers ran perfectly too.

In testing it was incredibly controllable, far more than any competitor, I felt. It was designed for wind and waves so the harsh conditions were not an issue. It was also one of two entries designed for full submersion capability, the other being Joseph Pasquence's Monster Mash.

Tanny may be back for 2016. Key items to address are speed, aesthetics (the ugly antenna) and reliability. With a lesser antenna we will need to go to an antonymous dive. Going autonomous means we could upgrade from the 27 MHz AM remote to a UHF unit since we no longer need to stay in contact while submerged.

Here are the 2015 Champbot Challenge results (cribbed from http://emergentmedia.champlain.edu/2015/10/10/a-champbot-a-battle-a-victory/ ). The list is in point order.
