The call started with a quick review of the task list (the PAD-L2 timeline was updated).

The first topic of the call was a discussion about AVA_VAN and how this should be taken into account regarding the higher PAD levels. Since the new PAD levels have a higher AP, it would seem that this requires an explicit AVA_VAN adjustment. Brian said there may be several ways to handle this, including trying to create a wrapping PP that could include the AVA_VAN so it isn’t needed in the PP-Module. Naruki pointed out that CC:2022 multi-assurance could also resolve the problem. He would review what is going on with smart cards and provide an update on the next non-PAD call.

The next topic was then focused on the PAD-L2 integration and the discussion conclusion was captured in that comment. Brian will work on providing a suggested edit before the next non-PAD call.
