I was wondering if anyone can help me regarding this issue. I wanna use carsharing extension. I am not going to using maven nor eclipse.

Is there any way to do it in config file? If so, which command to use? and where should I download the extension file?

If you don't use Maven nor Eclipse, have a look at the extensions documentation, especially the section about using extensions "manually".

To download the required file for carsharing, have a look at the latest release-files.
