What is necessary to execute this daemon ?

Almost nothing:
Required PIP packages (requests and pingparsing)
    /opt/bin/python3 -m pip install requests
    /opt/bin/python3 -m pip install "pingparsing<1.0.0"
Parameters.conf file (tuned or not)
Log directory (that exists)
"/var/run/" directory for storing "metraixbeat.pid" file

AIX version supported

I tested it with AIX 5.3, 6.1 and 7.1.
HPMSTAT metricset is only working with AIX 7.1
Not tested AIX 7.2. If somebody can tell me !

Power architecture supported

I tested it on P7/P8/P9 and it is ok.
Except HPMSTAT metricset, it is not very sensitive to Hardware change
