When bluetooth functionality is not working, you will see this message in the player.

How to solve bluetooth problem.

1. Make sure bluetooth is enabled (Setting -> Bluetooth & other devices)

2. Restart the computer

  • Bluetooth driver might not be working sometimes (Windows Update, driver conclict, or etc.)
  • Rebooting the computer might resolve the driver problem.

3. Check if your device manager working correctly (Control Panel -> Hardware -> Device Manager)

Bluetooth Enumerator and Bluetooth LE enumerator should be enabled. image

When using the laptop

Laptop usually has its own bluetooth functionality.

1. You can use internal bluetooth in the laptop

2. but it does not guarantee stable connection sometimes.

To use bluetooth dongle driver rather than internal bluetooth driver,

1. Disable internal bluetooth driver

2. Just plugin the bluetooth dongle

More about the bluetooth dongle

  • The bluetooth dongle is USB 2.0 compatible but works well with USB 3.0 port too.
  • You don't need to install a driver via CD, Windows system will automatically install.
  • If your dongle is not blinking blue, that means your bluetooth dongle is not working. Please check your device driver and seed if any conflict on your bluetooth driver.
