Sidepics are the faction icons which display in the Multiplayer Lobbies. They have to follow these simple rules:

be 16x16 pixels
be in either PNG (preferred) or BMP format (where white=(RGB: 255,255,255) is transparent)
be located in the Sidepics/ directory
be named the same as the name field in sidedata.lua
