This is simply a floating variant of the normal Metal Maker. This should not be used as a source of metal, unless you have expanded across as much of the map and cannot get to any more metal patches. It should be used to funnel excess energy to metal, and should be used with the Metal Maker GroupAI for the greatest effect.
