These are the ways to configure games running on the Recoil Engine:
Mod Rules
For all configuration changes that impact only the Simulation, whether synced or unsynced.
Spring Settings
For client-side only configuration that does not impact the simulation. Drawing configuration for example.
Start Up Script

For per-game configuration, such as map, number of players. These need to be matched for each client and can change on a per game basis.
