This is a list of special requests beri can do.

beri can be found at https://cute.berichan.net or on my discord server.

If you wish to run your own bot, you will need to compile the program yourself. As this is a SysBot.NET fork, the bot startup details are the same, read over them.

Standard special requests

These are requests where you show beri a mon holding a certain item for 3-5 seconds, press B, then switch to a completely different mon (both in species and catch area) that you don't want to get your original back with certain changes. In the discord, you may join the special request queue for compatible pokemon games by entering .sr as a command in the respective channel.

Note that the discard mon has to be completely different to the original mon in both species and raid type (I recommend catching a rookidee or wooloo near Postwick for the discard mon) and that you should check if your request and original mon are legal beforehand (for example, don't try to shinify a shiny locked pokemon or name clear a mon's OT that is from an event)

All special requests will automatically add TR relearns your request mon, so there's no need to teach TRs to any of these, just relearn moves at the Pokecenter.

Name clears

Poké Ball: clear nickname
Great Ball: clear OT (with your own trainer name)
Ultra Ball: clear OT & Nickname

Note that these will clear nicknames to the original language's name for your species of mon. If you need a language change, see below.

Locale changes

Guard spec: Japanese 🇯🇵
Dire hit: English 🇬🇧 🇺🇸
X attack: German 🇩🇪
X defense: French 🇫🇷
X speed: Spanish 🇪🇸 🇲🇽 (names are same as eng)
X accuracy: Korean 🇰🇷
X sp. attack: Chinese T 🇹🇼 🇭🇰
X sp. defense: Chinese S 🇨🇳

This will also clear nicknames, if any.

Stat changes

Full heal: 6IV only
Poke doll: 5IV 0 Speed
Revive: 4IV 0 Speed 0 Attack
Fresh Water: 5IV 0 Attack
Soda pop: Level 100 only
Lemonade: 6IV + level 100

*You can change a mon's actual nature by making it hold the respective mint and showing it to beri.

Shinify

Antidote: star shiny
Burn heal: square shiny
Ice heal: star shiny + 6IV
Awakening: square shiny + 6IV
Paralyze heal: turns a shiny into a non-shiny

*You can shinify an egg by showing it to beri for 3 - 5 seconds and switching to a discard mon.

Item request

Simply nickname any pokemon in this format: !{item_name} for example, !rarecandy or !rareca if it doesn't all fit. Show it to beri and switch to a discard mon, beri will trade back your original mon holding the item you requested. A full guide is available at https://youtu.be/viIO8jkl4L0.

Please make sure your item is legally obtainable! For example, don't ask for things like mega stones in sword/shield.

Ball change

Simply nickname any pokemon in this format: ?{ball_name} for example, ?beastball or ?beastba if it doesn't all fit. Show it to beri and switch to a discard mon. A full guide is available at https://youtu.be/Lr1NZKC5Z6Q.

Don't ask for illegal ball changes. For example, don't ask to switch Pokemon Go mons to a friend ball as friend balls can't be obtained in Pokemon Go!

Distributions

Beri will emulate distributions of certain event mons. You DON'T need to switch to a discard mon for these, simply trade anything you're willing to lose to beri with the nickname:

These are also done via a special request .sr in the server, ensure you've nicknamed your pokemon correctly.

SysBot.NET functionality

The beri in the discord can do all of the above via a seedcheck or specialrequest (sr) but in addition to that, it can do everything SysBot.NET does such as create mons from showdown sets via .trade or create clean clones via .clone click here to see a full list of this functionality. Please note that beri uses a . instead of $

All discord bot functionality will happen in your DMs, a personalized tradecode will be sent to you and the bot will again DM you once your trade is starting, at which point the bot will start searching on the aforementioned trade code. The original request must be sent in the #bot-queue channel, commands will not work in other channels.

An example showdown trade command is below (via PKHex-Plugins wiki)

Ensure you are using the correct command. Do not add spaces where they are not required, especially between . and the command name.
