Some of the science fiction we've talked about, which may impact on technical decisions now.

New data

• IPD (individual patient data) - likely available no sooner than October 2019. This would be true "big data".
• Scotland, Wales, NI data

New features

• More measures - possibly curated from a list of automatically-generated measures (see outlier detection)
• Automatically detecting the most relevant measures for each practice
• Ability to for individual users or organisations to create their own measures (with alerts etc)
  • Ability to create these based on CCG formularies
• Tools to tackle polypharmacy (individual patients on many drugs). Requires IPD

Other

• More RCTs around understanding behavioural change. For example putting a screen on a wall in the practice meetings, or more targeted emails, or providing workshops. Could also involve some website-based A/B testing
