3.1 Sprint Deliverable, Objectives, and Tasks

Deliverable Statement

In the first half of the semester, I succeeded in building a modular portable computer that will be used for this wardriving project. It has a 7.4” screen, two WiFi antennas, and a GPS module, complete with all the necessary software and drivers needed to run them. The only thing left to do now is to begin data generation through wardriving, and compiling the nodes on a map as part of my final deliverable.

Objectives

• Learn the ins-and-outs of running Kismet and collecting wardriving logs
• Conduct datagen/wardriving around Burlington
• Compile wardriving logs and upload them to WiGLE

Discrete Tasks

• Write a bash script to automate wardriving process
• Look into making a google site with a map for plotting Kismet nodes
