Upgrade to a New Base Year - bellevuewa/BKRCast GitHub Wiki

When time comes to upgrade to a new base year, follow these steps.

Update parcels_urbansim.txt file, including jobs, students, parking stalls and cost for short term and long term.
Update synthetic population file.
Update networks, including auto, transit, and non-motorized network.
Update supplemental trips.
Update screenline and local counts.

In addition, the following updates are optional.
