Stochastic variation analysis

Nagendra shared the analysis, which we will be presenting at the TRB Planning Applications conference next month
All sampling plans are quite stable for all measures, between around 0.1% to 1% of the stddev/mean
BKR 400%, Outside 21% is about half the runtime of the naive 100% plan and is the recommended default
@Nagendra to update setup with default and update BKR's machine as well via VPN
Next step is to experiment with different destination choice sampling rates

@Nagendra - update BKR's model setup, including using the latest DaySim to fix the HDF5 household expansion factor bug
@Hu kickoff model run and send calibration/validation summaries to RSG

Shuming wants to make sure we look at screenlines, Bellevue CBD volumes, mode shares, and trip lengths
