Model setup

• The draft model setup is now posted on GitHub. The directions on how to download, setup, and run it are here
• A complete set of inputs in order to run the model from start to finish is here. This is a private (invitation only) repository.

• Nagendra now working on moving from 12 time periods to 4 time periods, integrating the pop sampler script, and merging in Brice's bike network data (see below)
• Ran into an issue in supplemental trips with the EMME matrix balancer not appearing to work via Python? Nagendra still investigating
• PSRC working on a revised approach to distributing supplemental trips; we will try and roll this change in after we complete the 12 time periods, pop sampler, and bike network updates

Employment data

• Plan A - PSRC staff will introduce BKR staff to ESD staff so we can continue to make progress on sharing ESD data with consultants
• Plan B - The LODES data was missing self-employed data so PSRC is updating it
  • Stefan will make a new model run as a result
  • Will need to QA/QC data and results
  • PSRC planning to get ESD's approval for using their adjustments to the LODES data
  • If so, PSRC will send us a LODES-based parcel file
• Plan C - BKR approximates employment by type using parcel land use data
• The BKR model development project will likely be on-hold in about a week or so until the employment data is resolved

Calibration data

• RSG updated (re-weighted) the PSRC survey data, which we're planning to use for model calibration

Bike data

• Brice completed attributing the BKR network with the bike network slope data
• Will add to next release of model setup
