So to get head morphs where the face looks like it does in game, you want currently this: https://reshax.com/files/file/81-dragon-age-veilguard-dumpmodel-tools/
for use in blender or your 3d workspace, for better visuals when editing textures/tattoos.
Follow the instructions in the link.
For the morph tool you want to make sure to have your meshset/chunk/skeleton in the same folder as the tool in order for it to work.
though the facefix folder included with the download already includes a lot of the morphs in the smd format we want for blender.
Bit of a breakdown for the extraction part:
So you first want to edit the ufbe.ini
The first line is the path to the Dragon Age The Veilguard\Data folder where you installed the game. for example mine is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Dragon Age The Veilguard\Data
The second line is where you want the files to be extracted to. Make sure you have enough room here to extract.
The third line is the type you want to extract from the files. For example if wanting only ebx you would change it to ebx
