CodeCMS is a starter project of Jeff Simons Decena with CodeIgniter. It is still being built but already usable for small projects. It aims to be an alternative open source CMS platform made from the Philippines. It is already responsive by utilizing Twitter Bootstrap in both the front end and back end of the system.
