Why do we need other forms solutions?

Common Forms Toolkit: COMFORT was created as an application scaffold that could be used to quickly setup custom web forms applications. COMFORT hosts multiple custom forms within the single instance. It also showcases multiple integrations with other government common services, like email notifications, document generation, legal business name search.
