Your responsibilities

  • Accept Security and Privacy Notices
  • Accept that use of features that are marked as "experimental" may result in disruptions in services do to the changes or discontinuation of those experimental features.
  • Accept that the service is constrained by certain limits which have been set to protect the underlying infrastructure platform and that usage of the service for exceptionally large data collection campaigns may be subject to being unpublished.
  • Accept that the service makes no guarantees that large volumes of submissions will be handled without creating performance issues on certain service functions and screens.
  • Accept that use of underlying components for email notification and document generation are subject to their terms of use.

Keep your form team management permission and roles up to date

  • Have a back up form owner
  • Review list of form team members regularly
  • Remove people no longer requiring access
