For NGS access services you can gather several requests in one single project.
This helps us to keep track and provide you a better service

  1. Login to our iLab page

  2. Register a project request for an NGS access service

  3. In the same project request (you can find it under the View My Requests tab)

    • Display the project to see the details
    • Display the Forms and Request Details (you will see your project request form in yellow)
    • Click the add form link
    • Click the plus sign of the ACCESS USER form
      Click here to display/hide image

  4. Fill in the form and submit

  5. Repeat as many times as NGS access service requests you have
