1 Interpretation

Original paper found a bunch of downregulated terms but I found none - maybe they used different methods. They use one more database than me (STRING) and don't say what kind of list they used. Maybe they did thresholded, but I did ranked. When I tried thresholded, I got more stuff, so I think that might be it.

All of my terms from the all query have to do with immune system and apoptosis.

Found an old study that talks about more frequent apoptosis in DS, especially in the brain, probably being part of the AD pathology. Also, they tested this by looking into FAS protein - this explains 2/9 terms.

Ok so it looks like normally MHC proteins show peptides for T-cells to target, but in autoimmune diseases, they show self-peptides making the T-cells attack the body. There's a very high incidence of autoimmune disease in DS. That explains 6/9 terms

Also autoimmune disease causes inflammation - theres the last term solved.

How do i add captions to my figures?? I got it to work for ggplot, but can't find it for Heatmap... I gave up. Just put it in italics under the heatmap, best i can do.
