Cleaning the data

1. Follow the instructions on the slide from lecture 4 to load the data
2. Read through the gse tags to decipher the means of the data in the data set
3. Take out the most important file/ file that relates to my research
4. Download the expression data set again following the profs instructions
5. Read the data into the session and ensure it has been processed correctly by checking the contents of the data set
6. Organize the data using the lecture slides so that the final result will have better representation of the data
7. Luckily my data set was already Hugo mapped so I could skip that step
