There are three different types of analysis I performed: Multidimensional scaling (MDS), Dispersion Analysis and Mean-variance Analysis

1. I go more into depth in the assignment on how I computed for each of the analysis steps.
2. I started by reading documentation/papers to understand the interpretation of results for each of the analysis type.
3. Then I created the plots using the code provided in lecture 5 with slight modifications to fit my data set of interest
4. Lastly, based on my readings from number 2, I was able to write down my thought and processes for each types of analysis
