The Edwards AFB tile set includes 4 different lat/long tiles and 2 airbases, Mojave Air and Space Port and Edwards Air Force Base.

The tile set also contains northern LA.

File Sizes:

  • Compressed Size: 1.04gb
  • Uncompressed Size: 1.41gb

Installation:

  • Open the zip.
  • Open the GameData folder.
  • Drag KSRSS onto the previously installed KSRSS and allow them to merge, it should not ask to overwrite.

Uninstallation

  • Open KSRSS/Terrain/Tiles/Earth.

  • To uninstall the tileset completely delete, n36w119, n36w119, n35w118, n35w118.

  • If you would like to remove a specific tile from the set.

    • Open Tiles/Earth.
    • Delete the folder of the tile you would like to remove.

  • If you would like to remove a launchsite

    • Open Sites/Earth.
    • Delete the folder of the launchsite you would like to remove.

Known Issues:

  • Seams between tiles.
  • Areas can look "squiggly."
  • Seam between Edwards and the surrounding terrain.
  • Seam between Mojave and the surrounding terrain.
  • Tiles are misaligned slightly.
  • Colliders on Edward's runways are slightly broken.
  • Edward's color is slightly off.
