The togglebar function toggles the display of the bar on and off for the current monitor.
This feature is on a per monitor basis and affects all bars on the active monitor. Layout arrangements will automatically adapt to the space available.
There is no concept of the bar being visible on some workspaces and others not.

duskc run_command togglebar # toggle the display of the bar for the current monitor
