FullScreen is an internal flag that is used to indicate that the client window is in fullscreen mode.

This is set whenever a client enters fullscreen (fake or actual) and it is removed automatically when a client leaves fullscreen.

If the flag is used as a client rule then the client window will start in fullscreen mode.
