The FlexWinBorders functionality controls whether or not dusk will use the SchemeFlex* colour schemes for drawing window titles as well as the window borders.

If the functionality is disabled then window titles and bar borders will fall back to only use the SchemeTitleNorm and SchemeTitleSel colour schemes.
