Scratchpads are windows that can be toggled into and out of view using keybindings.

By default when moving back to a workspace where a scratchpad has been toggled into view the scratchpad will still be visible on that workspace.

The AutoHideScratchpads functionality automatically hides scratchpads when moving to other workspaces.
