Unique Crop's Not-Crop Blocks

Ancient Blocks

The ancient blocks are variants of existing vanilla blocks, but with the old texture overlaid on them. They are obtained by transforming the appropriate blocks into their ancient variants, with the help of the Hourglass of Nostalgia. Current list of ancient blocks:

  • Ancient Grass
  • Ancient Gravel
  • Ancient Cobblestone
  • Ancient Mossy Cobblestone
  • Ancient Brick
  • Ancient Diamond Block
  • Ancient Gold Block
  • Ancient Iron Block

Hourglass of Nostalgia

If this block is left on the ground as an item (they don't despawn) or placed and powered with a redstone signal, they will then slowly transform the blocks around them to their ancient block variants. See above list for what you can possibly transform.

Dreamcatcher

Placing this above the head part of a bed will make any players who have set their spawn point to that bed not suffer the effects of phantom spawning.

Totem of Sneaky Mobs

When placed, it will then randomly grant invisibility to all mobs near to the totem. Once the potion effect is applied, it will keep applying the effect as long as the mobs are near the totem.

Lava Lily

Placeable on lava instead of water, these lava lilies are a good way to burn one's items if it falls onto it, and the player as well if they happen to not be wearing any footgear.

Ice Lily

Placeable on water like normal lily pads, any items dropped on top of one of them will never despawn.

Jungle Lily

Safe, slimy lily pads that negates any fall damage upon landing on them.

Ender Lily

Placing two of these lily pads directly above or below each other (with a 12 block range) will teleport the player up to the next ender lily if jumping, or down to the next ender lily if crouching for a moment.

Dark Block

Wither-proof blocks that are also used as a crafting ingredient for Emblems. They are otherwise unbreakable once placed, the only way to pick them up again is to shift-click one with a Ender Snooker.

Sundial

When placed, one may click it to set the dial to the current time of day it was clicked at. The sundial will output a redstone signal when it is on the time of day it was recorded at. This sundial is beneficial for use with Dyeius crops.

Abstract Barrel

Abstract barrels are simply chests with 100 slots to store items in. However, the caveat is you only see 4 slots to store items in at any time, and those 4 slots are randomized to any slot within its storage. So the item you stored in it may not appear again the next time you open up the storage GUI, but it is still in there. Breaking an abstract barrel will make it drop all of its contents, and hoppers/other things do a marvelous job of getting past the weird gimmick of it's GUI.

Mirror

A curious mirror. One that shows the world and everything in it, except the player. Perhaps this mirror can be used to reveal the true appearance of a certain vampiric crop?

Goblet

Every dabbling vampire needs a goblet to drink their blood from, and this goblet is no different. Either clicking or throwing a (tagged) Vampiric Ointment at the cup will fill it up with blood.

Invisibilia Glass

Works the same as the Invisibilia crops deal. You can't see or collide with them without wearing the 3D glasses. Mobs can still collide with them.

Dried Thatch

Cosmetic, dried out version of Minecraft's hay blocks.

Bucket on a Rope

This crude block adds a way for one to simply retrieve whatever fluid that the block has a clear line of sight of directly below it by rightclicking on it with a bucket.

Harvest Trap

This block will occasionally try to trap a wandering spirit within it. If unsuccessful, it will randomly tick all ungrown crops around it. If successful, it will emit orange particles for a short period of time. In this period of time, you can right click it to fully trap the spirit for a longer while, in which case it will grow the crops around it speedily.

Sun Block

A block that emits a beam of light upon being powered by redstone. Some certain unique crops, when planted directly adjacent to this block, can ignore its own growth restrictions and grow like any other normal crops.
