If you are using Channels DVR, you must make sure the Channels URL is correct.

During Initialization, an attempt was made at determining the correct link. However, that may not have succeeded or the selection may not be the case for you. Modify if necessary and click the Test button to confirm that Streaming Library Manager can attach to Channels DVR.

You also have the option to let Streaming Library Manager attempt to determine the link again by clicking the Scan button:

In Docker, you may not be able to see local DNS. If that is the case, you can use this:
