The weather station is located in front of the entrance of the parking deck to building 3.

Prof. Dr. Matthias Schirmer (Umwelttechnik) inherited the container.
Prof. Dr. Steffen Avemark (FH Erfurt, Informatik) is working with the EAH and maintains the API from the FH Erfurt used in the app.

How do we get the data from the weather station?

The measured weather information are provided at http://wetter.mb.eah-jena.de/station/datenbank/php_giese/online.php. For usage in the app, the values from the HTML website are read and processed to generate a json file suitable for the app. This file can be requested under http://app.fh-erfurt.de:8080/fheapp/api/eah/weather
