Summary
This card counts pulses from the flow meter. The default scaling is 100 litres (0.1 m3) per pulse.
[!NOTE] Note that the pulse duration from the flowmeter must be set to 25 milliseconds or greater. This can be viewed / modified in the flowmeter setup. By default, the factory setting is 66 milliseconds.
Wiring & setup instructions
[!WARNING] Disconnect power from the CM02 before inserting cards.
Card must be inserted in correct orientation and location. See [____].
Flow per pulse on the flowmeter must match the value used in the CM02.
- Feed the signal cable from flow meter through the appropriate gland in the CM02 enclosure.
- Select a flow card (labelled
---) - Connect the wires from the flow meter sensor into the terminals on the card. Use a pair of long nose pliers to depress the white toggle on each terminal as the wires are inserted.

- Insert the card into a card slot on the CM02 core board with the cable towards the nearest, outer edge of the enclosure.
- Switch on the CM02.
The CM02 will automatically detect the sensor card is inserted. To confirm this, the installer app will display the new parameter on the home screen and the core board screen will add this parameter to the cycling display of status updates.
Calibration
No calibration is required.
