Using the standard plugin lib - asumagic/KAG_mC GitHub Wiki
Now it's getting serious. Let's use the commands comming out with moarCommands!
Legacy overhaul
Most of the (non-spawning related) commands from the original ChatCommands.as file has been overhauled, in the mean they're way more extensible and/or funnier to use.
killme
Nothing is really different from the original ChatCommands.as file. Though, instead of dealing you a 4hp damage (which often won't work into heavily modded servers), it will kill your blob instantly, i.e. you'll die. Which is... kinda logic, hm?
bot
It now features a super-useful name randomizer, which will spawn the bot with stupid names (i.e. Sandwich, John, Bottybot... Eh, thought you didn't like Henry). But it also allows you to set a custom name to the bot typing !bot [bot name]. (!bot moarCommandsrocks) (It doesn't allow multiple words yet).
printblobs
It's just !debug with a better listing. It shows up the result in the server console (and only the server console). It shows the netid of every blob on, their blob name and also their player if one is attached.
spawnwater
Spawns water. [Will soon be deprecated]
spawnfire
BURN BABE. [Will soon be deprecated]
coins
Gives coins to the player. By default, it's 100, but you can specify an amount using !coins [amount]. (!coins 297)
team
Just changes your team, as the original one. Syntax : !team [team]. (!team 3)
moarCommands core
Those are the main moarCommands commands, allowing you to get a list of commands, infos, and more.
mc
Shows up a welcome menu, and shows you a few useful commands. Used to check if mC is healthy.
help
Shows up a help menu.
commands
Will print all the available commands into the chat.
Documentation
man
Will print out the documentation of the specified command. Syntax : !man [command]. (!man killme). It usually is less complete than this webpage. Requesting a doc of a unavailable command or a command that didn't register one will return an error.
Spawning
A plugin allowing you to spawn blobs.
It replaces the deprecated ![blobname] and also allows you doing some useful stuff.
s
Spawning a blob as normally is easy : !s [blobname].
But it allows you using more features. Possible syntaxes :
!s [blobname] (!s bomb)
!s [blobname] [team] (!s bomb -1)
!s [blobname] [team] [position_x] [position_y] (!s bomb -1 64 64)
!s [blobname] [team] [position_x] [position_y] [scripts to include] (!s archer -1 64 256 FakeRolling Wooden keg)
Various
A load of various commands.
tod
Allows you to set the time of day. There are two different syntaxes :
!tod [time]h (!tod 3h) - This will set the time to 3:00 AM.
!tod [time] (!tod 0.1) - This will set the time to 0.1 (ranged from 0.0 to 1.0), i.e. ~3:00 AM
tame
Tames bison in a predefined (or not) radius.
!tame - This will tame bisons in a radius of 128 pixels.
!tame [radius] (!tame 376.426) - This will tame bisons in a radius of 376.426 pixels.
matchstate
Sets the current match state. Syntax :
!matchstate [state] (!matchstate gameover) - This will set the current match state.
Available match states : warmup, gameover, game (default).
scoreboard
Sets a scoreboard entry (Actually, it's more about modifying values within the CPlayer class, but it affects the scoreboard). Syntax :
!scoreboard [player] [entry] [value]
Available entries : kill, death, score, ping.
moarEdit
moarEdit is a powerful and easy to use command-based ingame map editor. It features advanced brushes and similar features, allowing you to do way more things than using a regular ingame map editor.
Features:
- Brushes (picture brushes, with custom sizes, etc.)
- Tile setting
- Tile blob setting
- Dontkillpeopleyoushitter feature (i.e. only kills tile blobs when replacing).
me
Prints a short tutorial on using. This wiki is more complete, though.
blockhelp
Prints a list of non-blob blocks you can set to the brush or to !setblock.
picturebrushhelp
Broken at the time, but will allow you to print a list of picture brushes (see below).
setblock
Sets a block at the choosen position. There are two different syntaxes :
!setblock [block] (!setblock ground) - This will spawn dirt at the mouse position.
!setblock [block] [positionx] [positiony] (!setblock ground 64 64) - This will spawn dirt at 64;64 (Pixel positions, not tilemap position!)
brush
Turns on the brush. (And more later)
bsize
Sets the brush size (0-10). Does not applies to pixel brush.
btype
Switches between available brush types. Available : pixel, circle, square, picture (see below for picture).
bpicture
Brush pictures allows you to make your own brushes following a pattern. There are a few picture brushes available now : brush_cross, brush_grid, brush_hbars, brush_vbars, brush_hit, brush_rhit. Type !bpicture [filename]. (!bpicture brush_grid). Note : Setting the brush size will crop the picture brush around the center.
btile
Chooses a tile to use with the brush. Get a list of tiles using !blockhelp. Syntax : !btile [tile]. (!btile ground)
btileblob
Chooses a tile blob to use with the brush. It does not obviously require to be a tile blob (for example, boulders will work, but you will get a warning) in order to work.
Api demos
This is a developer-oriented plugin showing up some possibilities of the mC API.
demomsg
Demo of msg classes operator overloading, accepting various data types.
demoargs
Prints the arguments you've put with this command call.
